Owner/Manager, John, was quite friendly and interesting to talk to having only taken it on for last 3 months. Hopefully he will work on making it better but I don't think so.

Unfortunately we picked it firstly for location and then secondly for price. It was very very ordinary with next to no facilities and dirty towels in the room when we arrived. Won't look to stay there again.

It was the location that I needed to be close to the International Airport, and to be able to meet friends there without travel into the City of Kuala Lumpur during a lay over whilst passing through Malaysia to Sri Lanka.

The Manager and Staff were very helpful. The Manager was quite approachable and helpful.

Nothing exciting ,

overall everything- it was a rip -off , i changed to SAI VILLA HOTEL THE PRICE WAS MUCH LESSER, Staff was friendly, Rooms were comfortable . easy acess for FOOD-SHOPPING-TRANSPORT.Most of all ,the staff , they always had a SMILE. value for money.
